The annual ASBPA Best Restored Beach Award raises public awareness of the recreational, economic, and protective value of restored beaches from coast to coast. Beach nourishment has been around for over 100 years, and in many cases, the restoration process is so well-established that beachgoers don’t realize they are enjoying a restored beach.

🌟 New Jersey has been a national leader in beach restoration, and these NJ projects are in the running:
• 2025 – North Wildwood
• 2020 – Keansburg
• 2018 – Thompsons Beach
• 2016 – Monmouth County
• 2006 – Sea Bright to Manasquan Beach
• 2006 & 2005 – Cape May Inlet to Lower Township
