Request for Proposals – Tax Reassessment Maintenance and Annual Reassessment Program
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed Proposals will be received by the Borough Clerk of the Borough of Keansburg, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, at the Municipal Building, 29 Church Street, Keansburg, New Jersey, on August 11, 2026 at 11 am, local prevailing time, at which time proposals will be publicly opened and read.
The proposed work consists of the annual performance of real property inspection, data collection, and verification services in connection with the Borough’s Assessment Maintenance and Annual Reassessment Program. The services shall be performed in accordance with the Real Property Assessment Demonstration Program established pursuant to P.L. 2013, c. 15 (N.J.S.A. 54:1-101 et seq.) and shall include the inspection and verification of approximately one-fifth (1/5) of all taxable properties each year. The inspections shall commence upon execution of the contract in 2026 and continue through the completion of the Borough’s five-year inspection cycle ending December 31, 2030, together with all related services described in the Request for Proposals.
